HEARD IS / 23JA55 / AUST' Milner A1b (Ref. 2) and alongside in violet box '3 1/2D AUSTRALIAN ANTARCTIC / COMMEMORATIVE STAMP / FIRST DAY OF ISSUE AT / HEARD ISLAND' Milner AC2b (applied in Australia but Milner says in blue) with pencilled address to Guthrie,Box E287,GPO,Perth,WA. Cover is fine<br>(see scans 1 & 2).<br>I attest that the 'roo stamps(or any stamps for that matter) in my stock have not been reperfed,reperfinned(if a perfin),regummed(if mint or CTO) or gassed while in my possession.
